A cornucopia

Here is the beginning of my squash crop!!! Does anyone have a receipe that uses vast amounts of squash? Also have large quantities of lettuce. Mum won't eat anything green.
We have some sort of bell chillie thing growing too. Don't like chillies. Satyagandhi has already put her hand up for those.
We also have a sickly tomato and eggplant which are yet to grow let alone fruit. -sigh- learning something new all the time!! Chickens got the wormy bok choy (definitely net the brassicas next time)
Planted pumpkin and zucchini. I have a good feeling about those. Spinach and basil are in seedling trays.
I have also planted gourds! I shall dry them and do arty farty things with them.
