Yes folks, its true. Mother has been banned from entering the vege patch unless accompanied by a competent adult. The nature of her crime need not be detailed here, but suffice to say, it looks like the garlic wont make it. This represents a terrible loss to future pasta dishes.
Inky has now been inside for nearly two weeks and seems to have resigned herself to an interior life. Given the vast quanity of squreeking (a cross between squawing and screeching) scaley breasted lorikeets and other assorted feather dinosaur descendents it looks like it may be for the best. She still wails from the bathroom window when we sit on the back verandah which is most difficult to bear.
