Now for a word of clarification. Hoppy is know by three names; Limpy, Hoppy and Manky Foot Chook. The latter no longer applies due the absence of mank and the absence of a foot. She also no longer limps like she used to, hence Hoppy is now the preferred reference.
P.S. Hoppy laid an egg for the first time today. She had never been able to get into the nesting lawn mower catchers before owing to her enlarged and painful foot. Now she can.
